Listening and local storage

Still does not require an account. Sounds are bundled with the app. Saved mixes, volume levels and preferences are stored locally on your device; they are not uploaded to a developer-operated server. Still does not request access to your microphone, contacts, photos, Health data or precise location. We do not receive your listening history.

Advertising

The free version is designed to use Google AdMob banner advertising. Advertising may be unavailable before the service is activated or when consent or network access is unavailable. When advertising is active, Google’s Mobile Ads and consent SDKs may process IP addresses (including an approximate location inferred from IP), device or app-scoped identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, product interactions, crash logs and performance diagnostics to deliver, measure and protect advertising and improve the service.

Still does not request permission to access Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA). Consent and available privacy choices depend on your region. The advertising SDK is started only for the free tier after the app checks purchase ownership and the consent flow permits ad requests. Where required, you can reopen the consent form through Settings → Ad privacy choices. An ad-free entitlement prevents advertising initialization on subsequent app launches.

Google handles information under its own policies. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps. Data handling may involve processing outside your country. Google determines retention for information it processes.

Purchases

Apple processes the optional one-time Still Ad-Free purchase. Still uses StoreKit to verify purchase and entitlement information and restore access. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple’s processing is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Support messages

If you email support, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond and troubleshoot. We keep it only as needed for support and applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing thisisarriaga@gmail.com.

Your choices and deletion

You can remove saved mixes in the app and delete local app data by deleting the app. Device backups may retain data according to your Apple settings. Use available advertising privacy controls or purchase the ad-free upgrade to remove ads. Contact Google or Apple for requests concerning data they independently process. Applicable privacy rights vary by location.

Children

Still is a general-audience app and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly request children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information in a support message.

This support website

This website has no analytics scripts, advertising, account registration or contact form. Hosting providers may process basic connection information such as IP address and technical request logs to operate and secure the website. External links and your email provider are governed by their respective policies.
